Temp to Hire

$14-16.00/hour

 

Growing Nashville company is looking for Bilingual Customer Services Representatives.  This opportunity is temp-to-hire and great for candidates who are looking to work for a strong and growing company. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, live chats and emails regarding scholarships, tuition and applications.

Requirements Include:

  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Minimum of 2 years in an office or call center environment
  • Customer service skills
  • Knowledge regarding transcripts, FAFSA, and other terminology regarding college applications
  • Phone etiquette and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Background screening and drug screenings are required
  • Hours:  Vary but need to be available between 8am-7pm

Wendy grew up in East Tennessee and attended Roane State Community College where she majored in Business. Wendy started her career with Wood Personnel Services in April of 2008. Before joining WPS, Wendy worked with Enterprise Rent a Car as a Recruiting Supervisor. She then went on to work with several Fortune 500 companies including Cort Business Services and ACS Multimedia Advertising. Wendy’s main focus is to successfully manage the Nashville Clerical Staffing division and maintain client relationships. She has over 20 years experience in Corporate Account Management.
